Parent Information PowerPoint from Coffee Morning:

Thank you to all those of you who joined us for the coffee morning on Tuesday 6th Sept. If you weren't able to make it, please find the PowerPoint that was shared below. Any questions, please just ask.

Also, as discussed during the session, please find below a topic web detailing the outline of the term, a home learning grid (which will also be stuck in to your child's home learning book and handed out next week), a list of the year 3/4 statutory spelling list and a document listing different games to help learn the spellings. The first half of the list is for Year 3 and the second half for Year 4. You only need to learn the half relevant to your child's year group.

Hello and welcome back to a new year!

I hope you all had a relaxing and enjoyable summer holiday and are looking forward to a new year of challenges and experiences ahead.

I am really excited to start a new term and the thing I am most looking forward to is getting to know you all and having lots of fun!

Over the next week or so, I will be releasing bits of information to help you adjust to the routines in Year 3. But for the first week, I want to take time to help everybody settle in, get used to new things and most importantly learn all your names!

For now, I just wanted to say hello, let you know much I am looking forward to seeing you and welcome you to Amethyst Class.
