What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
The school was transformed, first on Friday with the children's Christmas-inspired artwork, and then again on Saturday, with the PTA putting on yet another wonderful Christmas Fair.
There are so many people to thank, but I really must mention the incredible PTA committee, who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes for several weeks, preparing, crafting, researching and creating - all for a perfect Christmas Fair.
Thank you, also, to the stall holders who came and shared their wares with us, to the children in Year 6 for their brilliant games room, to the team from the Baptist Church, who kept the troops refreshed, to the barbequeing team, to our wonderful Father Christmas and his team of elves and his Christmas Fairy, and of course, to all the staff, families and friends who came and supported our Fair this year.
There will be further items for sale after school this week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, including cakes, chutney, cookie jars, reindeer and snowman poo, and some craft items from the PTA stall. We will also have raffle tickets available to buy at each nativity performance this week, and there is still time to make a bid on the silent auction, if you haven't already.
I hope you are now fully immersed in the Christmas spirit and I look forward to welcoming you back for our other Christmas events later this term.
