Welcome to Opal Class
Our learning this week:
We started this week looking at equal and unequal groups in maths. We used different objects to represent examples of this. Towards the end of the week we explored different arrays. We used Cherrios in our lesson to help our understanding of this. During our English lessons we have been looking at different sentence structures and how to improve our writing. We began writing about a tree house and using different adjectives to describe it.
On Friday we have tree special visitors come to see us. Edward brought in his 3day old chicks. Every child got an opportunity to meet them and hold them.
